Gardner Torque

The Gardner 5LW engine.  It’s been some years since we rebuilt one of these but its so good to see this engine finished and it’s running beautifully.  The bottom end bearings needed converting from white metal to later type slipper bearings which was a bit of a challenge but all turned out great in the end and the engine is ready to go back to work.  Thanks to Cronulla Ferries for the opportunity to restore this great engine back to its former glory.
